Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
Clean the mushroom caps, remove and discard the stems.
12 portobello mushrooms
Mix together bread crumbs, and spices in a medium bowl.
1 cup plain bread crumbs, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder
Add shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped American cheese.

Next, add diced pickles, tomatoes and avocado oil. Stir the filling together until mixed, then stuff the mushrooms with the filling.
½ cup fresh tomatoes, ½ cup pickles, 1 tbsp avocado oil
Place the mushrooms on air fryer trays or in the basket, spaced apart so they are not touching. Spray the tops of the mushrooms with cooking spray and cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
Meanwhile, prepare your burger sauce. In a medium container with lid, or bowl, combine burger sauce ingredients. Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, minced pickles, paprika, salt and pepper.
1 cup Mayonnaise, ½ cup Ketchup, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp Vinegar, 1 tbsp Pickles, 1 tbsp Papkrika, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper
Lastly, remove the cheeseburger stuffed mushrooms from the air fryer and serve with the burger sauce. You can drizzle the sauce on top or along side as a dipping sauce.
